QuickTask
QuickTask is a client onboarding platform: guided journeys (forms, tasks, documents), traceability, e-signatures, webhooks, and an API to connect the product to an existing IT stack or automations. The site highlights the public demo, hosting in France, and the sovereignty positioning. I am the technical founder: I design the architecture, the serverless backend, and the infrastructure, and I own quality end to end (security of sensitive flows, API contracts, real time for journeys).
Technologies
Here are the main technologies and services used:
Challenges
-
Security for sensitive journeys
Ensuring confidentiality and traceability of documents and evidence (encryption, data residency, audit) without weighing down the end-user experience. -
Hybrid architecture
Running compute and relational data on AWS alongside attachments on French S3-compatible infrastructure, with controlled upload flows and secrets. -
Maximum openness outward
The product is meant to fit the modern integration landscape: easy to drive from tools like n8n, webhooks to trigger downstream integrations, OpenAPI to streamline integration work, and thorough documentation consumable by humans or agents.
